Horizon Railways

The Horizon Railways project was a conceptual design created to modernize a passenger railroad company’s ticketing experience by transitioning from paper to digital formats. The design aimed to meet the needs of two key user personas: tech-savvy travelers seeking efficiency and student commuters prioritizing affordability and ease of use. My focus was on crafting a clean, intuitive interface that balanced essential information, such as seat assignments and travel details, while incorporating modern touches like seat visualization and WiFi indicators. The project reflects Horizon Railways’ commitment to improving user experience through innovative digital solutions.
